Summary:
This proposal along with IGP#30 launches WBTC on Fluid. This proposal deploys four additional wBTC vaults and updates configurations and parameters for the new vaults v1.1.0 increasing withdrawal and borrowing limits.

Description:
This proposal deploys four WBTC based vaults with specified parameters and updates WBTC rate curve. This proposal also increases the withdraw and borrow limits for Vaults v.1.1.0.

Conclusion:
This proposal ensures that the Fluid protocol remains competitive and efficient by deploying new wBTC vaults and updating vault parameters in the liquidity layer for upcoming vaults.
