This proposal updates the config parameters for sUSDe vaults and transfers ETH in preparation for upcoming ARB token rewards.

Prepare Upcoming ARB Rewards: This proposal also transfers 100 ETH from the DAO Treasury to the team Multisig to prepare upcoming ARB rewards for Fluid’s deployment on Arbitrum. Any and all unused funds will be returned to the DAO.

Description:
This proposal will raise allowances for fToken reward contracts, set the config handlers for the sUSDe vaults, and prepare ARB rewards.

To facilitate the USDC and USDT rewards, this proposal will move 100 ETH from the Instadapp Treasury to the Team’s Avocado Multisig: 0x4F6F977aCDD1177DCD81aB83074855EcB9C2D49e. Any and all unused funds will be returned to the Treasury.

Conclusion:
This proposal updates the sUSDe handlers, raises allowances for fToken rewards, sets Ethena rate config handlers, and transfers 100 ETH to the Team’s Avocado Multisig to prepare for ARB rewards.
