This proposal introduces several protocol improvements to optimize fee management, support protocol incentives, and enhance security. The changes include:

1. Fee Handler Updates

   • Set new fee handler for weETH-ETH DEX (Pool 9).
   • Update fee handler for USDe-USDT DEX (Pool 18).
   • Add new fee handler for sUSDe-USDT DEX (Pool 15).

2. Protocol Incentives

   • Withdraw 125,000 $FLUID tokens from the Treasury to the Team Multisig for rewards distribution.

3. DEX Parameter Update

   • Increase the max supply shares for USDe-USDTb DEX (Pool 36) to 15M shares ($30M equivalent) to support greater liquidity and market depth.

4. Global Authorization Updates

   • Remove old and add new global authorizations for DEX fee, token, and vault fee rewards modules to ensure proper protocol administration and security.
