Description

This proposal implements five major changes to enhance protocol functionality, treasury management, and operational efficiency:

1. Treasury Asset Management

   • Withdraws 285 iETHv2 and 334.33 stETH from treasury and Lite vault respectively to support Solana native rewards and clearing up old native rewards on USDC & USDT on Ethereum.

2. syrupUSDC Integration with Conservative Limits

   • Introduces syrupUSDC DEX and four associated vaults (USDC, USDT, GHO pairs) with conservative dust limits to ensure safe initial setup.

3. Team Credit Facilities for Scaling

   • Provides comprehensive credit facilities totaling $10M across multiple assets (USDC, USDT, wstETH, cbBTC) to enable Team Multisig to scale Fluid DEX Lite.

4. wstUSR Vault Increment of Borrow Limit

   • Increases borrow limits for wstUSR-USDT vault to 60M USDT.
   • Increases borrow limits for wstUSR-USDC vault to 60M USDC.

5. USDe-USDT Vault Increment of Borrow Limit

   • Increases borrow limits for USDe-USDT vault to 75M USDT.

This proposal implements targeted upgrades to improve protocol treasury management, introduce new DEX and vault integrations with conservative parameters, and provide the Team Multisig with the credit facilities needed to scale Fluid DEX Lite. By updating withdrawal and borrow limits for wstUSR vaults and increasing the borrow limit for the USDe-USDT vault, the protocol is positioned for sustainable growth and greater capital efficiency. These changes balance risk management for new integrations with optimized parameters for established vaults, supporting continued ecosystem expansion and an improved user experience.
