Project Manager Election – Pilot League (treasury committee)
Summary
Idle Governance is entering the team formation phase of the Pilot League.
Some weeks ago, we started to brainstorm on an initial Treasury Committee to reward value creation in Idle.
This poll aims to elect the Project Manager(s) that will analyze, propose and distribute grants/bounties.
This post collects all the applications submitted between 22nd January - 5th February.

You can vote for only one name or both profiles. We will proceed with the most voted choice.
Note that in case both PMs will be selected, the mandate Budget will be x2.
The reward for a single PM would be as follows: $1000 base salary + up to 50 $IDLE of variable bonus.
Both amounts will be rewarded in $IDLE token from the Ecosystem Fund. The rationale here is that we expect higher commitment from PMs if they get rewarded in protocol’s ownership rights. Furthermore, we’d like to propose the change of the unit of measurement for the accounting of rewards/budget. To better estimate and budget the portion of the $IDLE taken from the Ecosystem fund, the Mandate Budget can be set at 2’500 $IDLE for this Pilot League (or 5’000 $IDLE if two PMs).
