[Temperature check] - LP staking implementation for IDLE (2/3)
Summary
This is the second poll that defines the LP staking parameters. You can find the others in the [Snaphot page]. This poll aims to identify the rewards per day in $IDLE for the pool(s). Liquidity Staking is the process of locking the IDLE assets you deposit on a DEX pool (either ETH pool or stablecoin pool) and earning rewards in return. The LP program will last 6 months with the possibility of extension (even multiple times if the community decides so) with the reward funds coming from the Ecosystem Fund. Details
The more $IDLE rewards are given to LP providers the bigger emission inflation for the next 6 months. Around 126,000 $IDLE with the choice of 700 $IDLE rewards per day and around 180,000 $IDLE with 1000 $IDLE rewards per day. Keep in mind that in case the community votes for both Uni and Sushi in the snap vote (1/3) the $IDLE rewards will have to be split 50/50 to these pool(s).
