HIP-010: Hector DAO's 2022 Master Plan and Budgeting
With HIP-010, we ask the Hectorians for approval of our 2022 Master Plan by a ‘yes or no’ on our HIP-010 budget plan!
As of Jan 1st 2022 the risk free value of our treasury is $102,000,000. We propose to use approximately 7% of that (about $7,200,000) in order to fund our developments for 2022. Some project costs will be difficult to predict ahead of time, but we have allocated sufficient funds for 41 new hires as well as enough money to maintain and expand our current speed and depth of marketing campaigns.
