I am thrilled to introduce a new proposal
Headline Retroactive Funding Infinite Round.
This initiative aims to acknowledge the invaluable work of journalists in the crypto space by providing retroactive funding.
Decision-Making: Funding decisions lie solely in the hands of our Holders. This democratic approach ensures that the community actively shapes the funding landscape.
Quorum Requirement: A minimum of 12 out of 60 votes (20%) will be required for a proposal to receive funding. This threshold ensures active participation and consensus among our community members.
Funding Cap: Each proposal can request a maximum of 1 ETH. This maintains the sustainability of our funding model and ensures equitable opportunity for all proposals.
Project Traction: Proposals showcasing projects with initial traction will be favored. This ensures that funded projects are not only innovative but have demonstrated potential for impact.
Funds will be managed via the same 2/3 multisig by Brian (DAO Founder), 0xripe.eth (https://twitter.com/ripe0x), and AustinGreen.eth (https://twitter.com/AustinGreen) for optimal security and transparency.
