Deploy Hashflow and Aggregator+ on Base

Hashflow Foundation will deploy the Hashflow protocol and Aggregator+ to the Base Mainnet chain.
Abstract
Base has emerged as one of the top Layer 2 chains. Based on DefiLlama, it is a top-5 chain in Trading Volume and a top-10 chain in TVL. It ranks higher in both of those metrics than 3 other chains supported by the protocol today (Optimism, Avalanche, and Polygon).
Moreover, the growth of Base has been accelerating lately, which can be seen in other metrics as well, such as the number of deployed protocols. This trend is likely to continue.
Lastly, the most popular protocols on Base (i.e. Uniswap) are already supported by Aggregator+ on other chains. This means that deploying Aggregator+ with top tier liquidity and pricing is achievable with relatively low effort.
