Simple Summary: Terminate trading rewards.
Abstract: Currently, we distribute 350k HFT monthly for trading rewards. This is pretty solid amount of tokens that can be used in a better way (marketing campaigns, collaborations, etc)
The original idea of trading rewards was to reward community before and after token launch and attract new users. Now it seems to be unreasonable to spend that much tokens for this exact purpose. We could find a better solution for these rewards (to be discussed by community in case this proposal accepted)
Motivation:
Amount is high, rewards distributed widely, based on volume.

Benefits (Pros):
- Better utility and distribution for community
Downside (Cons):
- Large traders will no longer be earning additional rewards
