Pudgy Penguins have been one of the most talked about and high volume traded NFTs in this space with 43K ETH total volume. Currently the prices have dipped under 1 ETH for whatever reason, but given the past popularity of the project it’s likely that hype will return at some point. I am proposing that the Gray Boys DAO purchase 3 Pudgy Penguins floor pieces up to 0.8 ETH each for a maximum investment of 2.4 ETH total. I believe a project that has achieved such high volume on Opensea is arguable a “blue chip” NFT and that hype will inevitably come back to this project sooner or later.
