The proposal is to acquire 3 blue chip NFTs at a time when floor prices have retraced due to market conditions.

Gray boys will soon have proxied ownership of all the NFTs held in the community vault, so this proposal presents an opportunity to acquire 3 separate NFTs all with their own unique utility that, when proxy is live, all Gray Boy holders will have access to.

The specific NFT acquired from each collection will be chosen at the discretion of the executor of proposal. The only limitation being that total spend shall not exceed 40 ETH (excluding gas) and that one NFT from each collection is acquired.

The current floor prices are as follows.

Azuki - 9.3 ETH Cool Cats - 7.2 ETH Clone X - 11 ETH

Therefore the 40 ETH Max budget allows us room for the movement in price that may take place before the proposal can be executed.

If floor prices should dramatically increase and it becomes impossible to afford all three NFTs within the budget at the time of execution, no acquisitions will take place.
