why:
The floor has dipped recently and is a good entry point to join another aspect of the BAYC ecosystem. There is a strong indications that having bored ape yacht club + a kennel will get extra land in Apeland. Making this purchase would be a great fit to go with our BAYC already in the DAO. BAKC didn’t receive ape coins so this is their chance to get something extra in Apeland. Proxy can be used for the kennel club discord as well. I think it’s a great entry point, gets us access to more land and their discord and possibly could be flipped later for a profit.
