Sell both Proof and BAYC
Proposal to sell both proof and BAYC at floor and reinvest whilst proxy is in its infancy stage. This will allow us to buy into so many more projects 50 +, this will also allow us to gain access to more utility over a wider variety of communities and also potentially bring in more holders as we offer a lot more.
I would suggest replacing the BAYC for a floor MAYC through a separate vote of the DOA if this was successful.
Reasons for sale.
Temp stated in the last VC he would not be willing to sell any NFT that has been blacklisted. With this in mind its a huge risk to be holding both proof and the ape at this time due to the following reasons.
- Proof have changed T&C (belief is this is in relation to proxy)
2BAYC - have said any boys entering discord and been obnoxious will cause us to be banned. This more than likely will happen, sooner rather than later.
Loosing either of these would set the DAO back so much when in reality we can use these two items to build an amazing wallet/proxy.
As proxy is recognised over time and the floor lifts we could then buy back in to either projects through a vote. But this protects the DOA funds/assets at this time.
