Proposal - Swap out Token IDs within same collection when Blocked
Voting YES to this proposal will allow us to be able to buy a new Token within the same collection that was previously "Blocked" before selling the original "blocked" token. We must however list the "blocked" token for sale at floor or accept a WETH offer on the token for no less than 20% floor price if decided upon by wallet managers.
Voting NO to this proposal would mean we would have to stick to the original guidelines to buy and sell Tokens for our DAO wallet. Meaning, we would have to make a proposal to sell the NFT, reach quorum, and wait 3 days for it to pass. Also, then make another proposal to purchase the new NFT, reach quorum, and wait 3 days for that to pass as well.
We should Vote yes to mitigate the time it would take to obtain a non-blacklisted Token for proxy. voting yes would also provide a quicker, smoother, and more efficient transition into a "clean" NFT for Proxy purposes and for all future scenarios.
