The Mothership DAO (Gray Boys)

The following proposal was already passed by DAO members, by overwhelming majority (88%):

DEVELOP a resort style GRAYBOY LAND After the purchase of 1 floor NFTWorld Nft, we propose to hire an approved builder to construct GRAYBOY LAND , consisting of:

1. 10,000 condominium units, one unit FREE for each grayboy.
2. Shopping Mall - with 10,000 storefronts, one unit FREE for each grayboy. 3.Theater and convention centre - the DAO can host/rent these facilities for our benefit, and charge outside parties for use.

Now, it is time to purchase the Floor World nft, and simultaneously start the process of finding an approved builder.

The Purchase: Acquire lowest cost Floor NFT to hold the future GRAYBOYLAND. Total Maximum Cost: 1.1 Eth + gas costs. The acquired world must have a minimum of 2 Uncommon traits.

Finding Approved Builder:
1.Create a new channel in Discord titled GRAYBOYLAND, strictly limited to Gray Boy owners, and builders strictly for the discussion of proposed GRAYBOYLAND build. 2. Allow all approved builders, 60 days, to present proposals using the following already agreed upon, and approved parameters (as per previously passed proposal):

1. 10,000 condominium units, one unit FREE for each Gray Boy.
2. Shopping Mall - with 10,000 storefronts, one unit FREE for each Gray Boy. 3.Theater and convention centre - the DAO can host/rent these facilities for our benefit, and charge outside parties for use.

(Note: Mothership World Proposal is a previously approved proposal which overlaps current project roadmap, and will not be included at this time. It does not make sense , cost wise, to build a mothership, if the devs will build one anyways, as per the project roadmap, and since we currently have an abundance of land to build on. If, in the future, we run out of workable land in our world, a Mothership will be built.)

After the 60 day ‘request for pricing’ period is over, a committee of 25 GrayBoy owners( to prevent favoritism), will be established to determine the top 5 proposals. They will submit a new proposal here, in snapshot, to allow all Gray Boy owners to vote on their favorite build from the top 5 selected.
