I believe this to be a great speculative investment based on the team behind White Sands, & also the relationship between NFT worlds and the White Sands founders, with Blockchain Brown holding 250 GBs alone and Adam Hollander always making positive mentions and owning GBs himself.

Gray Boys will surely want to stake their claim in the White Sands metaverse to embolden our footprint across the NFT Worlds landscape. With only 250 Villas, Gray Boys will have a place they can call home in White Sands when we need a break from the vastness of space.

White Sands has already plugged GBs a bit as they roll out their project, and it is only right we strengthen our partnership with their founders for what could be huge endeavors in the future as our projects take off. Who knows what synergies lie ahead with the powerhouse of minds and developers behind the scenes. First step would be ensuring we snag some of this property at near mint prices so the DAO can benefit from the value increase over time.

Holding a White Sands Island Villa gives us access to all of the White Sands air drops as they roll out their road map, including, but not limited to, vehicles, pets, furniture, & more.

I can’t speak to a strong utility for Gray Boys proxy feature at this current moment in time, but I think a lot of us can agree this project is one of the most buttoned down ventures being built so far on NFT worlds. Not to mention, this project is arguably getting the most PR and newsworthy mentions of any NFT worlds projects thus far.
