Buying slightly above the floor will allow us to acquire worlds with increased rarity, which will benefit the DAO long term with greater token distributions, a greater amount of rare traits, which will be valuable during the proposed world economy system. Placing a limit on the purchase price per world will reduce speculation, and allow for possible lower prices during the purchase period. The purchaser will have up to 10 days after the close of this proposal to make purchases to limit speculation.
