Tokens are broken down into 3 types: Admission, Access, and Gift Admission floor = 9.98 ETH Access floor = 20 ETH Gift floor = 27 ETH

Strategic Reasoning for Acquisition:

Acquiring a VeeFriend will provide: Access to Discord channels Access to a community of hustlers, entrepreneurs, and business contacts Admission to VeeCon for 3 years (Not imagining us all trying to access VeeCon via proxy, but rather, we would have the ticket to VeeCon for 3 years and could choose how to distribute it later) VeeFriends series 2 will be dropping and owning a Series 1 would put us at a great advantage when series 2 drops. (Gary has been dropping hints in the VeeFriends Discord…I provided live links in Reddit thread)

Potential unrevealed utility if we purchase a VeeFriend with a signature or a 5 in the design (I provided live links in Reddit thread)

Gary Vee fan, or not, I do believe there is value in VeeFriends as a project. Acquiring one for the DAO would position ourselves well in the space, as well as raise awareness to the project, and give some added utility and access for DAO members. Should hold solid resale value as well, with potential pump leading up to VeeCon

Pricing:

We would acquire the best “Admission” VeeFriend available (based on rarity or having valued attributes (signatures and 5s) that would provide higher value) Budget = 15 ETH Not to spend more than 15 ETH (not including fees and gas pricing)

While there are very good choices around 12 ETH, the 15 ETH max budget is to allow for fluctuation in market price from now till acquisition
