What is PROOF?

A private group of 1000 dedicated NFT collectors and artists. Membership to the collective and all of the benefits come from holding the PROOF Collective NFT. To join, one must hold the PROOF Collective NFT (The parent company of Moonbirds and founded by Kevin Rose). Membership includes access to our private Discord, early access to the PROOF podcast, in-person events, and other collaborations created exclusively for PROOF Collective members. Past and upcoming project collaborations available exclusively to the PROOF Collective passholders community. More revealed in time. (Most recent announcement of collaboration with Alexis Ohanian, Co-Founder of Reddit) Our members were early collectors of some of the most sought-after NFT projects. We believe in group bottoms-up-driven research. A collective working together is stronger than any single member.

What if floor price is above 107 during time of execution?

This proposal includes the right to sell the Doodles NFT in Gray Boys DAO treasury for 10% below the floor price during finalization of this vote. Execution of Doodles NFT sale will go through IF…AND ONLY IF…the PROOF Collective pass costs over 107 Eth during execution of the proposal. This will put the treasury in a position to purchase Proof Collective NFT, even if floor has risen above 107 Eth (price at time of writing). The DAO can consider re-proposing and repurchasing a Doodles NFT pass in near future if they choose to do so.
