Purchase three sandbox parcels.

We can all agree that all things metaverse are poised to do well in the coming year. Sandbox as well as NFT worlds are the premiere land choices at the moment. Since there is already a proposal for NFT worlds purchase, we should vote on a Sandbox purchase.
I think down the road we sell two of the three to capture back initial investment, and keep one to build out a gray boys parcel for marketing, etc.
TLDR- Proposal for our DAO to buy three sandbox parcels.
