Why: Omakase Experience: A transportive experience by a master sushi chef. The 14-seat omakase room will be nestled away in a private section of our club, to ensure the tasting experience is perfectly curated without distraction. “Omakase”, which means entrusting the chef to design the perfect menu, will include the best quality fish flown in daily. Exclusive for Omakase members only

Gary Vee’s Flyfish Club (FFC) is the world’s first member’s only private dining club where membership is purchased on the blockchain as a Non-Fungible-Token (NFT) and owned by the token-holder to gain access to our restaurant and various culinary, cultural and social experiences.

Roadmap:

Monthly Virtual Cooking Demos: Virtual cooking demonstrations via Zoom by Chef Capon & Chef Conor, exclusively for and complimentary to 500 FFC members per class. Dates are released quarterly. Wine Tastings with Gary: Every 4 months - Wine tastings via Zoom with Gary Vaynerchuk, exclusively for and complimentary to 500 FFC members per class. Dates are released quarterly. Flyfish Omakase Party: Every 4 months - Private Japanese-themed party, exclusively for and complimentary to Flyfish Omakase members, at ITO in Tribeca. 50 FFO members will be selected for each of the dates below (25 guests per seating). FlyFish Club: members will have unlimited access to a private dining room that will span across 10,000+ square feet in an iconic, New York City location. The space will consist of a bustling cocktail lounge, upscale restaurant, intimate omakase room, and an outdoor space.

Location: New York City — the intersection of food and new technology FFC’s first location will be in New York City, designed by a leading architect, in one of the most beautiful buildings that exist. The space will be both intimate and airy, with high-ceilings, special views, and curated moments all throughout.

Food: International seafood cuisine FFC will be a seafood-focused restaurant with a robust raw bar, drawing from international influences, created by award-winning chefs and hospitality experts. For limited members, a private sushi omakase room will be tucked away within the club, which will showcase fresh fish flown in daily from Japan.

Cocktail Lounge:A social place for all members to enjoy, with no reservations required. A gorgeous and spacious modern bar will welcome you with elegant seating, vibrant accents, high-ceilings, and a showpiece back-bar.

Main Dining Room: The heart of our club, where the excitement happens Our 150-seat restaurant with open-kitchen design will anchor our sprawling space, with each table being meticulously designed for comfortability and unobstructed views.
