The Mothership DAO (Gray Boys)

Purpose: to distinguish, and accentuate our virtual real state holdings within the DAO for organizational, marketing and promotional purposes. We propose to allocate 30% of the current DAO value strictly for virtual real estate purposes, with the potential to, after 5 years time, have a possibility to be spun out to a physical real estate holding division with each Gray Boy having an equal share. At current value, 30% is conservatively estimated at 60 ETH. Many virtual real estate purchases have already been made, totalling approximately 10 ETH, leaving well over 50 ETH left for additional real estate acquisitions, if this proposal is excepted.

The purchases:

1. Immediately purchase 2 of the best available Floor Decentraland Lots, adjacent to each other, with a maximum cost of 8.0 ETH + gas fees.

2.Immediately purchase 1 Sandbox Lot, adjacent to one of our current holdings. Maximum cost will be 4.0 ETH.

3.Immediately purchase 6 NFTWorlds worlds, bringing our total to 11. This project is undervalued when compared to the valuations of both Sandbox and Decentraland, and presents a unique opportunity for the Dao to capitalize on the current cheap valuation of worlds. Maximinum cost will be 8.0 ETH +gas fees, with each world having a minimum of 4 Uncommon, 2 Rare, traits, or greater. Maximum price per world is 1.7 eth. The Dao will also benefit from significant $wrld tokens for the 2nd airdrop and yearly distributions.

(The term ‘Immediately’ above means within 48 hours of approval of this proposal).

Upon completion of above purchases, the DAO will immediately engage with a social media marketing agency, to initiate a social media marketing campaign , marketing this DAO as ‘A REAL ESTATE POWERHOUSE’, putting many eyes on us, and bringing in many new Gray Boys owners , people who cannot afford buying such lands on their own, with the purpose of raising the average purchase price of Gray Boys nft’s significantly. Total cost for marketing will not exceed 0.3ETH. Above purchases are still miniscule when compared to total DAO value.
