Proposal:

• Temporarily close the sale of Grailer NFTs upon when Grailer NFT #500 (on a best endeavours basis) is minted or on 9 December 9am Eastern Time.
• All Grailer NFTs purchased prior to this will be recognized as early supporters of the project.
• Multi-sig has the discretion to purchase one or more Incomplete Control (IC) NFTs from the funds raised of up to 60 ETH per IC

Rationale: Following on from community discussion, this is to:

• Create urgency to raise funds / have “dry powder” for the acquisition of further ICs given current market conditions.
• Reward early believers of the project

Details:

• Early supporters may be recognized in the future via the “revealed” NFT artwork mechanics and/or otherwise upon community discussion and voting.
• We will endeavour to get the best deal possible (up to a max. of 60 ETH per IC) taking into account market conditions, consulting with community members and awareness of IC “options” being released into the market.
• Upon reaching the milestone, the community will subsequently be able to vote on next steps e.g. additional funds by opening up the sale for additional grailers, burning the supply, etc.
• As we will need to manually pause the sale and it is not automated, the multi-sig intends to close the sale on a best endeavors basis when Grailer #500 is minted. However, if there is a rush and Grailer #501 and above are minted, we will have a community vote on whether to make a concession and recognize as an early supporter or otherwise.
