Election of Curation Board Lead

This proposal is for the selection of the lead role for the curation board for GrailersDAO.
Lead Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordination of curation board member communication with regular cadence
- Documentation of artist submission status and application status
- Coordination of artist engagement across curation board members
- Updates to DAO on progress as needed
- All responsibilities identified as a contributing board member
Term
- 6 months from time of full board election
Voting
- Select 1 person to be the lead of the curation board
- Individuals not elected to the position will be included in the voting for general board membership
