Allocate 20 Grailers for generative artists in GrailersDAO to offer as honorary Grailers these will be offered with the following conditions :
- Gift of honorary Grailer would be subject to recipient informally confirming that they’re interested in being involved with the DAO [as previsouly stated, its not conditional but it is also not meant to be a giveaway to someone who has no interest in the DAO]
- Recipient can only receive one Grailer [i.e. not meant to gift 5 Grailers to the same artist]
- Reimburse @confusedcollector of his personal grailers he used to continue onboarding Artists [4 - Che-Yu Wu, Mount Vitrivius, Sofia Garcia, and Zancan]
Mechanism for honorary grailers onboarding : (1) : Onboarding committee (10-20 party max) created with artists and grailers on hidden discord channel and voting (2) : Informal anonymous voting by artists that can be deleted once vote is closed [like pollmaster see @Gutter Wang proposal] (3) : Each generative artists can gift up to 3 honorary Grailers to other generative artists, so that multiple artists have the chance to invite others. No vote required to approve the gift (4) : proposal not accepted
