Retain Peter Scoolidge to advise GrailersDAO on the creation of a legal entity

This is a vote to allocate funds to retain attorney Peter Scoolidge to research and advise on the ideal legal entity for GrailersDAO to use (if any) and then to create that legal entity if the DAO so chooses (there will be a follow up vote based on Peter’s recommendation).
This will be up to $5,000-$10,000 USD for each of the two stages ($10,000-$20,000 USD total - 3.5-7 eth at current value on Mon, Feb 14, 2022). This proposal would also allocate 1 eth to @SimonSays to manage this workflow, which would be reimbursed after the work is concluded.
