Introduction

This counter-proposal is designed to ensure the onboarding of Josh Lippi and Trevor Banta aligns with the standardized practices of Gnars DAO. In keeping with our commitment to fairness and consistency, this approach respects the diversity of how members join our community, whether through purchase or other means.

Background

The original proposal suggested allocating 2 Gnar NFTs each to Josh Lippi and Trevor Banta, which diverges from our standard onboarding procedure. In the interest of maintaining a balanced and equitable approach, especially considering that some community members acquire Gnars through purchase or other individual efforts, it is important to standardize NFT allocations. This ensures that each member, regardless of their entry method, is welcomed equally.

Proposal Details

1. Allocation Adjustment:

   • Allocate 1 Gnar NFT to Josh Lippi (joshlippi.eth)
   • Allocate 1 Gnar NFT to Trevor Banta (errorgardener.eth)

2. NFT Selection:

   • The specific Gnar NFTs to be allocated will be chosen based on availability and relevance, ensuring a meaningful and representative selection for both new members.
