TL;DR

Requesting a 3ETH travel grant for an on ground That’s Gnarly" Activation and onboarding 15-20 new shredders/athletes at Pharmacy Skate Shop in Hollywood, Mystery Skateboards + Church On Sunday’s w/ Stevie Williams all happening in LA. Plus another That’s Gnarly Expressions Session in New Jersey.

Introduction

Yoo what’s up everyone its Ashanti. Hope all has been well. As you know I’ve been heavily building with Gnars Dao on our new platform (Thatsgnar.ly) I still cant believe how fast we are building the Gnars/Nouns Ecosystem throughout all action sports without energy drinks. Huge milestone for Athletes and Humanity right there!

It’s almost been a whole year since I’ve been affiliated with Gnars/Nouns Dao, and would love to continue to keep building and growing my relationships with everyone who participates.

I’ve been a part of the Pharmacy boardshop Hollywood family since 2015. This proposal is a collaborative effort to Onboard High valued Skateboarding Athletes, Filmmakers, Photographers, Musicians, and artist (Shredders)

Pharmacy Boardshop - Hollywood is owned By (Brian Herman) A super OG [Baker Boys Distribution] And [Pharmacy team member] He was actually one of the first to be put on both teams in early 2000s

This shop just got a huge upgrade and moved three doors over in our building complex we’ve been renting at for decades.(perks of a super cool landlord). now the shop can hold ginormous, indoor and outdoor events.

The Event!

One of our Gnars Dao skateboarders DeeBo is turning Pro as well as James Fitz (soon to be a Gnars Dao Skater) There will be a DJ, Food Drinks, Videogames, Artist art, Musicians all covered by Pharmacy and the Mystery Teams.

Venue is Pharmacy Boardshop Hollywoods Newest Location 1520 North Cahuenga Blvd, Hollywood,CA 90028

NOTE: We Will be filming a Gnars Project, Like Bennie and Carlson for Youtube w/ the pharmacy crew

What are all the details?

We are going to purchase 3 Boxes of Big klim’s noggle 10pc carton 1 of each (Red/black/white) - These Noggles will be given to the Pharmacy & Mystery team members over in LA, Church on Sunday w/ Steve Williams & DGK, New Jersey Expression Sessions

This ETH ask, Should cover my flight and one of the Mystery skate team riders (TNelz) flights to and from LA,CA including hotel stay. (Also for Deebo’s cousin Tim who tought him and I how to skateboard) I think it would be cool to suprise him with a Family member at the event, they’ll both be staying with me.

3. DGK Skateboards (20+Team members)[Most will be at event 03/03/23] I will be with the whole Team on Sunday for our [Church on Sundays Event at JKwon] aka (Ledge Heaven) which is held by Stevie Williams every Sunday at the same location.

After L.A. That’s Gnarly Activation

on 03/11/23 I should already be back on the East Coast in New Jersey setting up for the next Event at a DIY skate spot hidden in A field (a.k.a. in the woods) Will live stream the event on our thatsgnarly IG page. All footage will be filmed by our very own Gnars Dao filmer floralshirtguy. full length footage will be posted to Gnars Youtube + Skatehive. Single clips with be posted by participants on (thatsgnar.ly)

This should be the best time to try a new contest format on (Thatsgnar.ly) platform by adding a contest or event tab where all events will have their own collection. full length video, photos, and the top tricks of the event become a Collectors Collection Pack
