Introduction

This proposal is for a Discord Moderator role for the Gnars DAO community Pod. The individual will be responsible for managing the Discord server, creating messages, making announcements, scheduling pod meetings, ensuring Discord security, and bringing any community issues to the board for voting on resolutions.

I am a Gnars holder and voter that has previously served as a moderator in other Discord communities, demonstrating a strong understanding of community management, conflict resolution, and Discord security protocols.

Description

The Discord Moderator will be responsible for:

• Managing the Gnars DAO Discord server
• Creating and posting messages and announcements
• Scheduling pod meetings and other events

Budget and Deliverables

The budget for this proposal is 0.4 ETH+ 1 Gnars for a period of 4 months. The deliverables will be the successful management of the Gnars DAO Discord server, including the creation of messages and announcements, scheduling of pod meetings, ensuring Discord security, and bringing any community issues to the board for voting on resolutions.
