We’ve loads of things to celebrate and we should all bring our own unique flavour to our own events. Here’s some ideas to get the creative juices flowing:

1. Explain how you’ll maximise attendance
2. Suggest merch you’ll provide for attendees
3. Formulate a plan for how to give away prizes
4. Demonstrate plan for a film and photo crew
5. Nominate a relevant nounish film to screen

To allow ample time for planning, we’ve taken into consideration this proposal cycle, Prop House round setup, promotion and facilitation.

• Events planning: 4+ weeks - 5 July to 7 Aug
• Celebration: up to 1 week - 8 Aug onwards
