V2 Genesis Parameters
In continuation of (1) the approval of ranges for parameters in governance and (2) the subsequent recommendations by Chaos Labs including initial deployment of markets for GMX V2 the below vote is brought to the DAO.

The above terms if approved would form the initial parameters that the GMX DAO sets alongside the deployment of the v2 contracts but which maybe be updated by the DAO and/or any committee, contributor(s), organization(s) and/or admin(s), directly or via multi-sigs that it delegates or assigns such power in accordance with governance votes.
