esGMX emissions for staked GMX

esGMX emissions for GLP and GMX will be ending this week, based on the schedule in https://snapshot.org/#/gmx.eth/proposal/0xb370249628b2226c6a7e771b2959c3b2e80eada36ad3618a7fc39f964213643e.
This is a proposal to taper the esGMX emissions for staked GMX, this would require 62,500 esGMX tokens from the floor price fund, currently there is ~900,000 GMX tokens remaining in the floor price fund.
Proposed schedule:
Jan 2023: 25,000 esGMX Feb 2023: 25,000 esGMX Mar 2023: 12,500 esGMX
esGMX emissions for GLP will end as scheduled unless there is a new vote.
