I would like to get approval to set aside some funds to pay a professional tax advisor for the gm Association

Rationale:

We need to pay taxes and I want to pay the least amount possible while maintaining in the confines of Swiss Law

Specifics:

I met with Silvan Amberg from http://www.swisstaxexpert.com/ today. This firm was recommended to us by our Lawyers and were contracted by them to advise on tax implication while we were figuring out our association structure.

They appear to really know crypto tax law in Switzerland and are within the realm of expected hourly rates.

I would like to contract this firm to help file our taxes and also set us up with the most advantageous tax strategy possible.

I would like to start with 10 hours and see how much we can accomplish.

I will provide regular updates to DAO leadership as well as the larger community.

This should have 0 impact on members (i.e., no one should receive tax paperwork from the DAO)

I would like to ask the DAO to approve a budget of 4,100 USD for ~10 hours of this firms time. We will only be billed for hours worked so it all can be accomplished in 5 hours we will only pay half. If more than 10 hours are needed I will come back with an addendum and explanation on what has been done and what still is needed to be completed.
