Summary:

Extend & Uniformize my retainer previously covered by gm.press proposal, which ended august 1st 2023.

It is through this proposal that I’m looking to release provisional funds for my current and future graphical work for the gmDAO. This is a forecast based on my previous work, so the full amount will probably not be used, and is only intended to cover the actual cost of my work over 6 months. Each month, a stipend will be communiicated to DefiBeats.

How have you already contributed to the DAO?

I’ve been producing graphical works for gmDAO’s since beginning of 2022, shortly after its inception in 2021. My first intiative at gmDAO was “The Gazette” which reported news from within & outside the dao.

The gazette evolved to a press branch (cf GM 26.1 : Funding press branch ). The creation of the gmPress was accompanied by a gnosis to remunerate its various members, myself included, to the tune of 40 USD/hour (junior graphic designer rate). The gnosis gmPress closed its doors on August 1, 2023. However, I’m still working for the gmDAO (currently creating a branding identity aimed to the gmDAO’s internal producers).

I worked for various gmDAO contributors such as Cyphr, Zeboubs, Calbear, Nemochaken… All my visuals are available on request and already avaiable on gm’s drive

⚠️ Just as before, my work cannot exceed 20 hours/month. So I can only be compensated up to a maximum of 800 USD/month. On average though, I was compensated at 500 USD/month.

Maximum of 20 hours a month @ $40/hour = $800 per month / $4800 total.
