Summary:
Being aware of current DAO needs about DAO/Studio development, this proposal would allow cyphr to pick 5 people who will help growing the DAO/Studio. These 5 tokens will be given anytime from the treasury and won’t need to go through a further proposal. These would be the first 5 honorary members to join the DAO.
