GM 2.6 studio core dev. fund (1 month retainer)

Summary:
- After reflecting on our initial launch of the studio we have decided that we would like to pursue funding for a small core team of developers. With dedicated funding we will allow the team to move quickly without worrying about compensation after the fact. Whilst we will still be encouraging other members of gmDAO to contribute, any external contributions would be done without expectation of compensation unless explicitly stated. For areas in which the core team do not have expertise, we will contract other members for an up-front price or rate. This spending will be at the discretion of the studio team.
We propose funding a core gm.studio dev team for the next month, which will enable us to:
- Improve the existing infrastructure to support the next drop
- Implement the web/contract details for the next drop
- Implement artist collection submission and curation team features
- Improve best practices around security and operations
We are initially asking for funding for 1 lead (Willyham), 1 contract dev (cxcoda) and 1 web dev (bhosh) on a part-time basis.
Willyham: ~20 hours per week Bhosh & cxcoda: ~10 hours per week.
We are also proposing funding to compensate devs specifically for the “crunch” time around a drop (we learnt from last time that devs need to be online pretty much all weekend to deal with issues as they arise).
Risks:
A lack of core developers means we risk further development of studio functionality & being unprepared for future drops
