Extend Ze_Boubs retainer for 6 more months until March 31st 2023.

How have you already contributed to the DAO?

Started volunteering at early DAO stages: been a mod since late 21. Worked on the creation of the studio discord, and the DAO discord updates. Moderated studio discord / managed contests / made myself available around drop times. Helped ratifying the governance process with the gov team. Was on a 6 months retainer since April 22 : made myself some room in my IRL life to be able to endorse a 120 hours/month commitment to the DAO. My tasks were described in **GM 9.1 : hire Ze_Boubs as the DAO secretary/CM.

How do you want to contribute to the DAO going forward?

I’d like to perpetuate my retainer into another 6 months, until March 31st 2023.

Specifics:

My position includes several tasks & duties.

Manage Studio Discord community : cover pacific timezone, host events/contests, handle support and keep resources up to date all year long. Make myself fully available for crunch time around drops. Accompany artists from day 1 to post-drop community interactions.

Manage DAO community / Secretary tasks: Maintain and promote a vibrant community and its initiatives, create visuals to highlight processes and increase participation. Capture feedback from members and make sure their sentiment is heard. Help to structure the dao into a self-sustainable organization, create effective processes (applications, how to join a work group, how to require funding). Keep track of every community initiative and how it’s going, help members go through the dao processes and accompany them to create work group/request funding.Be the link between members and work group leads/Cyphr to help filter the noise. Track important updates/needs across the DAO. Make a quick weekly overall summary to keep members in touch with what is going on, what are the newest community initiatives, how they can contribute.

Governance/side tasks : Ensure funding cycle calendar, DAO Proposal, contributors list and all associated Governance process pages in Notion are up to date. Shepherd proposals through the governance process by watching temperature checks in Discord, publish and alert about Snapshots, and handoff execution to the multi-sig signers when snapshot is done. Initiate governance process updates when needed.

Risks:

Impact on treasury. Default of my obligations under the terms of the agreed retainer.

Payout amount:

Total financial commitment for the DAO : 21600$ distributed monthly over a 6-months period, roughly 3,2% of DAO treasury (649000$ at proposal time).
