Summary:

Buyout of 1 HangoutDAO pass NFT and 1 Anonymice NFT for an access to their Discord alpha group with calls.

Rationale:

After our best alpha callers (emad etc) had leave the DAO because of personal crypto burnout, we have nobody who is bringing new calls for NFTs on daily basis. Quality and quantity of DAO members shared wins (crypto/NFT accumulation in wallets) has dropped significantly. Buying those discord passes will change this situation as we can redirect alpha to our members from those well-known communities with great backrecord. Below you will find links for collections:

Specifics:

Proposal is to create a new Gnosis safe wallet with 3 multi-signers (preliminary Nemochaken, a_dirty_boy, calbear.eth) which will be controlled with the condition of 2/3 signs to perform any action. The gnosis safe will be funded from DAO treasury.

One of the multi-signers (presumably Nemochaken) will be responsible for redirecting alpha calls from both groups to GM.DAO alpha channels

Buyout price for both collection (on 08/10/2022) would be:

HD pass - 1.2 ETH

Anonymice - 0.26 ETH

Best to have a delta with the max of 2 ETH to mitigate market moves risks. All unused funds will be returned to DAO treasury.

Pros:

Restoring a lacking alpha flow into the community, providing financial benefits to each and every member participating in GM.DAO.

Cons :

Nobody from active DAO members are participants of named groups, so their alpha quality remains unexamined. Only info of their previous trackrecord which could be falsified.
