Summary:
- 1/1 gmToken holders get a guaranteed WL on any drop (regardless of drop size)
- 1/1 gmToken holders get an extra WL on any drop that is open to all members (supply greater than membership)
Upon successful passage, these benefits would be conferred for all drops until the end of 2023.
*In all other respects (votes, $GM, etc) 1/1 gmTokens would be identical (aside from the unique art)
