S15 DAO Ops Budget Update

This vote seeks to pass a season budget for the DAO Ops workstream.
DAO Ops is not requesting new funds from the DAO treasury to fund our workstream this season. Instead, we will use the excess funds in our multisig to fund $286,480 in seasonal expenses + 60-days of reserves for the season. All surplus funds beyond our funding needs, roughly $307K USD (based current spot price), will be returned to the DAO’s treasury.
The GTC total will be adjusted based on the current market value at the time this proposal is moved to Tally. The vote will be to send the requested $USD amount in GTC at the lower of the current price or the 20 day moving average, whichever is lower.
