[Amended Proposal]: GG24 Domains and Gitcoin Matching Pre-Ratification (Revision) Summary This amended proposal requests community approval for updated Domain allocations and Gitcoin matching fund commitments for GG24. While a vote on this matter was previously completed 2, subsequent changes in funding commitments and adjustments in domain structuring have made it necessary to re-submit for ratification via a new Snapshot vote.

The purpose of this re-vote is to ensure full transparency, maintain governance legitimacy, and align the approved allocations with current realities on funding, operations, and co-funding partnerships.

Changes from Original Vote: The original proposal approved $1,255,000 in Gitcoin matching. This amendment reduces the total to $1,175,000 (-$60,000) through: removing Web3 Popups domain (-$75,000), adding Privacy domain (+$100,000), reducing Interop (-$100,000), and increasing Targeted Development (+$15k)."

Operational Adjustments – Certain domain operator responsibilities and partnerships shifted after the original proposal. Community Governance Integrity – As per governance agreements for gitcoin.eth, we are re-submitting for community approval. The push for Privacy - It was concluded that due to incomplete commitments, Outcome Based Funding for Web3 Popups 2 will move from domain into participating in a domain as a project. The operations & funding for a Privacy domain became possible so the team decided it was worth it to push for this domain to go live in GG24.
