Q1/Q2 OKR’s:
Objective: OP Partnership is successful.
- KR: Jing decides to continue on with us after Q2 2022.
- Optimism chooses to use MC’s MVP to elect badge holders for their next round of RetroPGF
- Vitalik blogs about RGPF and mentions Gitcoin in it.
Objective: dPopp is successful
- KR: MVP of dPOPP launches by July 1 2022
- Can integrate with POH + BrightID
- At least 100 users have connected their identity.
Objective: CPK successful
- CPK used by emu to pay moonshot devs.
- 6 DAOs using CPK by July 1.
Objective: Innovation Factory
- ICs/Developers are happy.
- Increase active devs by 50% (+7)
- We are good at validating opportunities.
- We are good at building validated opportunities (achieving product market fit).
