S16 - DAO Operations Budget

The S16 DAO Ops Budget request has passed on Snapshot and this vote is to ratify those results on chain and to transfer the budget to them.

Total budget incl reserves: = $348.509+$232.339 - S15 rollover ($186.166 current balance)
- Total requested: $394.682
- GTC Price: $1.65
- Total in GTC: 239.928
The funds will go to a multisig controlled by DAO Ops and will be distributed as described in the original proposal. The Gnosis safe that funds will be transferred to can be found here
This vote does also include the GTC to replenish the workstream’s reserves.
