Moonshot Collective S15 Budget Proposal
Based on the process of discussion on the governance forum and the subsequent passing snapshot vote of funding MC $267,005 for S15, we are now moving this onchain to Tally as a simple vote to release the funds or not.

Budget Breakdown Season 15 Budget Total = $394,121 PLUS Season 15 Reserves = $180,000 MINUS Current treasury balance = ($328,117) Total USD$ Amount requested at this time = $267,004
The GTC total will be adjusted based on the current market value at the time this proposal is moved to Tally. The vote will be to send the requested $USD amount in GTC at the lower of the current price or the 20 day moving average, whichever is lower.
