Summary

1. The change in TVL distribution for DOLA pools made it harder to exit Convex-staked sUSDe/scrvUSD position. It’s proposed to add DOLA/scrvUSD as a new pool for routing.
2. In the [GIP-240] the limit of 35k for rstETH was set for the wrong pool (WETH instead of wstETH). This GIP fixes it.
