[GIP-74] V3 additional audit budget
Summary
We request to allocate an additional budget to cover all changes of v3 contracts, in order to make sure that all the findings, changes, and new additions - are checked fully. An audit ensures the security and stability of our contracts and provides the community with confidence in v3. The extra budget is required because there were additional fixes and changes, outside of the initial scope, given the recent Curve V2 and Balancer issues surfacing in August. it would be the final codebase that gets a full audit, hence a higher budget is required to the scope being increased.
Budget Breakdown
The total budget for final review includes 130,000 USDC payment and 2’222’222.22 GEAR tokens (~10k$) with 1 year cliff lockup. Post-audit, the community can expect a detailed audit report, highlighting any vulnerabilities found and their severity. Like it was always done before
