[GIP-8] Pool limits increase
The purpose of this proposal is to address the increased demand for Gearbox pools and to support borrowers with additional funds to leverage. As of now USDC and ETH pools are full and the DAI one approaching the limit, which significantly decreases the ability to onboard new customers. The proposed changes are as follows: A 2x increase in pool max values for USDC, ETH, and DAI.
Updated pool max parameters: WETH pool max: 2400 WETH USDC pool max: 12M USDC DAI pool max: 12M DAI
