Summary

Previously, CA migration was enabled only for wstETH and WETH pools, as they were the only ones with active curators on Mainnet.

This GIP requests DAO approval to enable CA migration for stablecoin and bitcoin pools by connecting migration adapters to all Credit Managers in those markets.

Additionally, this GIP includes adapter configuration updates on L2s (Arbitrum and Optimism) to ensure there is sufficient liquidity available for liquidations.

Motivation

Gearbox has made significant progress in onboarding new curators and battle-testing the permissionless architecture.
Allowing CA migration for all existing legacy pools is a necessary step toward completing the transition to this model.
