Chaos Labs supports the increase of sUSDe quota limit within the Gearbox’s DAI Pool on Ethereum.
sUSDe (DAI Ethereum)
sUSDe has reached 98% quota limit utilization in the DAI Ethereum Pool following the opening of a $1M credit account position by the user tybg.eth on Dec 5th.
Supply Distribution
The supply of sUSDe in the DAI pool is fairly well distributed, with the largest position representing 14% of the borrowed DAI. Given the high correlation between the collateral and borrowed assets, all accounts maintain a safe health score above 1.05, and no position represents a liquidation risk.
Liquidity
sUSDe’s liquidity against DAI has continued to improve over the last 3 months, supporting an increase in its quota limit.
Recommendation
Given user behavior and on-chain liquidity, we recommend increasing the quota limit to 10,000,000 DAI. This increase is backed by Chaos Labs’ risk simulations, which consider user behavior, on-chain liquidity, and price impact, ensuring that the higher quota does not introduce additional risk to the platform.
